Order Deadline
Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM (GMT+1, Netherlands) will be included in the next processing round.
Order Processing
Orders may be processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
During processing, your order is checked, packed and prepared for shipment.
Shipping & delivery time
Delivery time
After processing, the average delivery time is 7–10 working days (Monday to Friday).
👉 Total maximum delivery time:
up to 12 working days from the moment of ordering.
This term consists of:
- maximum 2 working days processing
- maximum 10 business days shipping
In exceptional cases (for example busy carriers, customs checks or weather conditions) delivery may take a little longer.
Cancellation of orders
Want to cancel your order? You can do so free of charge as long as the order hasn't shipped yet .

Has your order already been shipped? Then you can use your right of return . Any return costs will be at your own expense.
Wrong or damaged items
Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong product? We'll make sure to resolve it.
