Emma Deal is an online store that sells consumer products through the website emmadeal.com.


Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Emma Deal and to every agreement concluded between Emma Deal and the consumer.

By placing an order through this website, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.


Article 3 – The offer

All products and services offered through the website are described as clearly and completely as possible.

Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on Emma Deal. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.


Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and the payment has been successfully completed.

Emma Deal reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for valid reasons, such as incorrect information or misuse.


Article 5 – Prices and payments

All prices listed are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely through recognized payment providers.

Emma Deal is not liable for any disruptions or delays with external payment providers.


Article 6 – Delivery and shipment

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery time: 5–9 working days (Monday to Friday), unless otherwise stated.

Emma Deal strives for timely delivery, but is not liable for delays beyond its sphere of influence.


Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After notification of withdrawal, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product.

The full cancellation process is detailed in the Returns & Cancellation Policy on the website and forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.


Article 8 – Returns

Returns must be registered in advance via the Emma Deal contact page.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

Returns without prior notification cannot be processed.


Article 9 – Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 3 working days via the same payment method used to place the order.

Emma Deal is legally allowed to wait with a refund until the product has been received or until it has been proven that the product has been returned.

Return shipping costs are not refunded.


Article 10 – Liability

Emma Deal is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits.

Emma Deal's liability is at all times limited to the amount of the order in question.


Article 11 – Force Majeure

Emma Deal is not obliged to fulfil any obligations if it is prevented from doing so by force majeure, including delays by carriers, disruptions by suppliers or technical problems.

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Emma Deal or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
